At The Cup and Saucer, we take health and hygiene seriously at all times for the safety of our staff and customers. During this pandemic, we have increased our hygiene practices even further. We take all guidance from the government, you can view the government link here.

Victoria, the members of Victoria’s household and all of The Cup and Saucer team are healthy and well and are happy to confirm that we all have been throughout the pandemic.

Every necessary step will be taken in the preparation of each Afternoon Tea. Masks and gloves will be worn by the team throughout the preparation and packaging process.

Delivery will take place at an allotted time and the package will be left outside the front door of the property. Social Distancing will be observed at all times. Similarly collection of the crockery will be at a prearranged time if the package could simply be left outside of the front door.
